The May release of Encompass is scheduled for Monday, May 11, 2026, at 11:00 AM ET, which is Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at 1:00 AM AEST for the AU production environment. A key highlight of this release is a new feature that allows administrators to sort and export an individual’s email history. Full details are available in the release notes:
