Welcome to the status update page for Encoura - Encompass. We want to make sure you have the latest information on system performance and any critical issues that might affect your work.

What We’ll Share
We use this space to communicate Severity 1 Defects—issues that impact multiple clients—as well as any system-wide outages or performance slowdowns.

Staying Notified
When an issue arises, we’ll send an initial alert through the method you chose when you subscribed. To stay fully informed as a situation develops, please keep the following in mind:

- Initial Alerts: Sent via your preferred method (text or email).
- Detailed Updates: Ongoing updates are sent via email only.
- Resolution Alerts: Sent via your preferred method once the issue is fixed.

Pro Tip: If you want to track an issue from start to finish, we recommend subscribing via email in addition to text.

Encompass August Release to AU Production Environments Sep 29, 2026 10:00-12:00 CDT

A scheduled maintenance release will take place on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. CT for the AU environment. (Wednesday, September 30, 2026, from 1:00 a.m. to 3:00 a.m. AEST)

This release includes a fix related to recent HTML security updates. In some cases, those updates can remove expected HTML formatting and cause content intended for screen readers to display visibly on the page. This maintenance will correct that behavior. Clients could experience brief periods of limited availability during the maintenance window. We will provide an update once maintenance is complete.

Encompass Maintenance Release to US / CA Production Environments Sep 29, 2026 19:00-23:00 CDT

A scheduled maintenance release will take place on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. CT for the US/CA environments.

This release includes a fix related to recent HTML security updates. Scheduled - An Encompass maintenance release is scheduled for Thursday, September 17, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. CT (Friday, September 18, at 1:00 a.m. AEST) for the Australia production environment.

This release includes corrections to the Beta Giving Microsite Builder for an issue that prevented values from appearing in some dropdown fields during site setup.

A brief service interruption is expected during this deployment.
