Welcome to the status update page for Encoura - Encompass. We want to make sure you have the latest information on system performance and any critical issues that might affect your work.
What We’ll Share
We use this space to communicate Severity 1 Defects—issues that impact multiple clients—as well as any system-wide outages or performance slowdowns.
Staying Notified
When an issue arises, we’ll send an initial alert through the method you chose when you subscribed. To stay fully informed as a situation develops, please keep the following in mind:
- Initial Alerts: Sent via your preferred method (text or email).
- Detailed Updates: Ongoing updates are sent via email only.
- Resolution Alerts: Sent via your preferred method once the issue is fixed.
Pro Tip: If you want to track an issue from start to finish, we recommend subscribing via email in addition to text.
