What We’ll Share
We use this space to communicate Severity 1 Defects—issues that impact multiple clients—as well as any system-wide outages or performance slowdowns.
Staying Notified
When an issue arises, we’ll send an initial alert through the method you chose when you subscribed. To stay fully informed as a situation develops, please keep the following in mind:
- Initial Alerts: Sent via your preferred method (text or email).
- Detailed Updates: Ongoing updates are sent via email only.
- Resolution Alerts: Sent via your preferred method once the issue is fixed.
Pro Tip: If you want to track an issue from start to finish, we recommend subscribing via email in addition to text.
