Welcome to the the Anthology - Encompass system status update page.

Anthology will be communicating Severity 1 Defects that impact multiple clients and any issues that arise related to system availability, such as degraded performance or outages. Initial notifications will be sent using the method that you indicated when you subscribed to the alerts. Updates to issues are not sent via text, but rather email only. Therefore, if you want to receive notifications for updates beyond the initial notification and resolution notification, make sure to subscribe via email as well as text.

Resolved - Our team has identified the problem and has implemented a fix. Email Messages are now successfully sending from the system. Thank you for your patience as our team worked to address this issue.

Investigating - We are aware of an issue that is impacting the delivery of emails from Encompass. Our teams are investigating the issue and we will provide a further update as soon as we have more information.

Resolved - We have monitored the fix that was made to the Reporting Systems and confirmed that this has resolved the issue. All services are now operating normally at this time.

Monitoring - Our team has identified the problem and has implemented a fix. We are seeing reporting information coming back into the system and it is actively catching up. We will be continuing to monitor to ensure all information does get updated and provide another update once we have verified that is the case.
