Encompass April Release to AU Production Environments

The April release of Encompass is scheduled for Tuesday at 2am ACST on 04/21/2026 for the AU environment. A key highlight of this release is a new feature allowing an administrator the ability to view a record's email history from the admin profile. The full details can seen in the release notes.
