The September release of Encompass is scheduled for Wednesday, September 9, 2026, at 10:00 AM AEST for the AU production environment.
A key highlight of this release is the Early Access Beta for the new Giving Microsite Builder. This new experience helps administrators create professional, branded giving microsites through a guided, template-driven setup, with flexible customization options designed to reduce setup time and make campaign management easier. Customers interested in participating in the Early Access Beta can submit the beta interest form.
This release also includes new Email Recipient Engagement Reporting, allowing administrators to view email engagement statistics over time at the recipient level. This makes it easier to identify the most and least engaged individuals within a selected timeframe. Full details are available in the release notes.
