A scheduled maintenance release will take place on Wednesday, October 28, 2026, from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. CT for the US/CA environments.
This release makes the Giving Microsite Builder available to all Encompass clients following its beta release to early adopters. Administrators can create, customize, and publish branded giving microsites using ready-to-use templates, drag-and-drop page building, and campaign components such as progress indicators, donor recognition, leaderboards, maps, and countdowns. The release also includes accessibility improvements and fixes for Email, Security, and Giving. Clients could experience brief periods of limited availability during the maintenance window. We will provide an update once maintenance is complete.
