Encompass August Release to US/CA Production Environments

The August release of Encompass is scheduled for Monday, August 3, 2026, at 9:00 p.m. ET for the US and Canada production environments.

A key highlight of this release is the new ability to select an Encompass member when sending a preview email. Supported tokenized content in the sent preview will populate using data from the selected member’s record, giving administrators a more realistic example of how personalized content will appear before sending the final email.
