The March release deployment was completed successfully for the US production environment.

During deployment activities for CA, we identified an issue affecting the Encompass deployment and chose to postpone the CA Encompass portion of the release pending additional review and validation. CA services remain operational, and we plan to complete the postponed deployment as soon as possible during a future maintenance window.

The March release of Encompass is scheduled for Monday at 8pm ET on 03/16/2025 for the US and CA environment. A key highlight of this release is a new feature allowing admins to compare engagement performance across email campaigns. Full details will be shared in the final release notes.
