The August release of Encompass is scheduled for Monday, August 3, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. ET, which is Tuesday, August 4, at 1:00 a.m. AEST for the Australia production environment.

A key highlight of this release is the new ability to select an Encompass member when sending a preview email. Supported tokenized content in the sent preview will populate using data from the selected member’s record, giving administrators a more realistic example of how personalized content will appear before sending the final email.
