Welcome to the the iModules Software system status update page.

iModules will be communicating Severity 1 Defects that impact multiple clients and any issues that arise related to system availability, such as degraded performance or outages. Initial notifications will be sent using the method that you indicated when you subscribed to the alerts. Updates to issues are not sent via text, but rather email only. Therefore, if you want to receive notifications for updates beyond the initial notification and resolution notification, make sure to subscribe via email as well as text.

Resolved - A hotfix was deployed last night to resolve the slowness issue on admin pages. We have confirmed via monitoring tools that the slowness has been resolved.

Identified - Technical teams have identified the issue is related to the new caching mechanism that was deployed during last night's release. The resolution will be implemented tonight during a hotfix deployment.

Resolved - While deploying the June release to the US environment, some code related to the email application was inadvertently applied to the AU environment ahead of schedule. This caused a miscommunication between the email applications and the SQL database and resulted in emails being queued up. The single impact was a delay in send time for emails between 8pm-9:20am CDT. All emails have now been released. We have taken steps to remedy this so that it does not happen again by modifying our release template for AU.

We experienced an issue while deploying a code release in our Canada Production environment. The issue was quickly resolved by support teams at 7:24 P.M. CDT. All websites have restored to service.
