SYSTEM STATUS

Monitoring - iModules is currently reprocessing Email Reporting events. This process will restore missing delivered and bounced email events from the previously identified incident from March 6th through March 14th. While the data is being reprocessed, all sites (even those not affected by the issue) should expect changing counts and percentages for events that occurred during the affected time period. This process will not impact reporting data for events outside of the time period. This process will take a few days and we will send out a notification once the data upload has completed.

Welcome to the the iModules Software system status update page.

iModules will be communicating Severity 1 Defects that impact multiple clients and any issues that arise related to system availability, such as degraded performance or outages. Initial notifications will be sent using the method that you indicated when you subscribed to the alerts. Updates to issues are not sent via text, but rather email only. Therefore, if you want to receive notifications for updates beyond the initial notification and resolution notification, make sure to subscribe via email as well as text.

All scheduled maintenance windows are listed on the iModules Support center at support.imodules.com.

PLEASE NOTE: iModules will sunset the Legacy Email Marketing tool on February 28th. Please refer to previous communications or the support center at support.imodules.com.

Resolved - A fix for this issue has been released to all environments. Emails that have failed to send will appear in history with a red exclamation point. These emails can be reused and resent.

Identified - The cause of the issue has been identified and teams are QAing the fix.

Investigating - Emails that are not sent with the error message "Email failed to send - unable to retrieve token data" has been identified as a Severity 1 Blocker Defect and will be reviewed and fixed by our development team as soon as possible. The ticket number for your reference is ENC-37426. This is only impacting a small percentage of emails where we find and attempt to match records with the same email address.
