Welcome to the the iModules Software system status update page.

iModules will be communicating Severity 1 Defects that impact multiple clients and any issues that arise related to system availability, such as degraded performance or outages. Initial notifications will be sent using the method that you indicated when you subscribed to the alerts. Updates to issues are not sent via text, but rather email only. Therefore, if you want to receive notifications for updates beyond the initial notification and resolution notification, make sure to subscribe via email as well as text.

Identified - We are investigating alerts from our network monitoring tools that there are intermittent network issues with an upstream carrier at our Toronto Datacenter. We have escalated the issue to technical teams at our Toronto Datacenter.
